Littering can kill the environment and all the animals in it, if we all start being more cautious about what happens to our trash instead of littering it could save a life.  

The way this photo was shot leaves an affect to make people realize that it is a serious problem and no matter where you are by throwing away your trash properly can help out in many ways. 

The unique approach to this photo and idea is because of the handle on the bag that the person is holding has an animal or mammal on it that can be found dead due to people being sloppy with trash.

Children and World Hunger

World hunger is a serious issue whether people know it or not, with there being world hunger there can be deaths and eating disorders that can occur due to this happening.

The way that this shot leaves an affect on people is because while they're shopping they can see the little boy and girl that are reaching out for food as you put the food that you are purchasing into the cart, which means that it can make you feel guilt and be obligated by sending money to charities for world hunger and even more. 

The unique approach to this photo as well is how it can make people feel guilty and obligated to send money to charities and even send food to end world hunger.

Racism

Racism is in some places more than others, but its always been there as an issue to more than others as well, everyone should be treated the same no matter what race or belief you have.

This shot leaves affect because some people have strong beliefs to what racism should be like and others don't agree as to what its become. 

Also the unique approach to this photo showcases how it shouldn't matter who you are or what you do but you're race shouldn't affect what you do in life.

What You and Fitness Can Do!

This article is dedicated to the business You and Fitness Inc. The owner of this unique business is owned by Marc Gotthard. There’s a pretty amazing story as to how this business got into being well known around the area of Carlisle PA.  The building may look like an ordinary old and boring building but behind the walls there’s amazing things some people could never imagine that could help make peoples lives better. It all started with the owner Marc Gotthard who got inspired to start studying about the human body and this is all because he had a major issue with his ankle. At the age of 16 he found out that the bones started to fuse together and my dad lost his chance to play football after being a team captain, he felt crushed and tried to do whatever he could to help his ankle get better and stronger so that he could try to get it back to normal. After having surgery on it he realized that he would like to try to heal it himself rather than keep going through surgeries that could make it worse in the long run. He learned more and more everyday and after realizing how he could help himself he came to realize that Personal Fitness business is what he wanted to get into. After he graduated High School he moved to Pennsylvania and started working at his brother Dennis Gotthard’s at the time hardware store. Marc started to learn everything that he needed to know about business to start investing on doing his dream business. By the time Marc was 25 he started working at Health and Tennis clubs and started a business partnership with two other men and started to travel around the country and make their own business. A couple years later he had gotten advice from a fellow client named Joe Amato that he thought Marc didn’t need to be in any type of business partnership to be successful and that he could move on and make his own, so sure enough he had left the partnership and never turned back.  His business has been in progression in the last 25 years and he has gotten more and more successful throughout the years and has also had other employees come and go but he is a very independent worker, he loves what he does every single day and doesn’t regret a second of it and that’s what should count the most. Marc has inspired and help tons of people with his work and I think that’s one of the biggest accomplishments that he’s shared.  As said and quoted by Marc “Anything is possible with a little STRETCH of the Imagination.”

By Marc studying for years about Physical Therapy and The Human Body these books are all what got him so interested and wanting to pursue his career for future plans, he still to this day studies everyday trying to improve whatever he can to get a better understanding.

Working from Dusk to Dawn

From as early as 5 am through 6 pm you can be catching Marc at his studio, whether its for his clients or to workout for himself, he's always there! His own personal workouts are very important to him as well because in order to be a Personal Fitness Trainer you have to be in shape yourself! 

Story behind the walls

This is the Studio where You and Fitness INC was created in a "small" building in Carlisle PA, as the years have went on his business has expanded pretty drastically.
